PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES,  AND OBLIGATIONS.

Fil-Euro United, including its predecessors, successors, licensors, beneficiaries, affiliates, partners, staff members, coaches, and representatives (collectively referred to as “Fil-Euro United” or “the Organisation”), welcomes you to its programmes, events, platforms and services.

This may include participation in international tournaments, sports camps, tours, training programmes, registration platforms, communications, and related programme services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By registering for, accessing, or participating in any Fil-Euro United programme, event, website, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether or not you formally register through an online platform or registration system. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you should not access, register for or participate in any Fil-Euro United programmes, events or services.

Fil-Euro United may revise, modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective once published or communicated by the Organisation.

1. Important Disclaimer

The information provided by Fil-Euro United, whether through programme materials, communications, staff members, coaches, or affiliated representatives, is intended to support participants in their involvement in sports programmes, training activities, tournaments, and related events. All information provided is of a general nature and is supplied for informational and educational purposes only. Participants and guardians acknowledge and agree that Fil-Euro United is not a medical organisation, hospital, or healthcare provider, and its staff, coaches, and representatives are not licensed medical professionals. Any information provided by Fil-Euro United, including training guidance, programme instructions, or general health and participation advice, is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Before participating in any sports programme, training session, tournament, or physical activity organised by Fil-Euro United, participants should consult with their physician or qualified healthcare provider to determine whether participation is appropriate for their individual health condition and physical ability. Participants should not take part in any activity if a medical professional has advised against it. Fil-Euro United staff, coaches, affiliates, and representatives cannot provide medical advice, and nothing communicated during programme activities should be interpreted as medical guidance. 

While Fil-Euro United strives to provide safe, well-organised, and professionally managed programmes, the organisation makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or applicability of any information provided through programme materials, communications, or staff members. Health and sports participation guidance may change as medical research, safety standards, and sports science continue to evolve. Therefore, no assurance can be given that any information provided reflects the most recent medical or scientific developments. Participation in Fil-Euro United programmes is intended for individuals who are physically capable of participating in organised sport activities. Participants with medical conditions, injuries, or other health concerns are strongly advised to seek professional medical clearance before participating in any programme activities. Fil-Euro United acts as an organiser and facilitator of international sports programmes and works with third-party providers including tournament organisers, accommodation providers, transportation services and training facilities.

The Organisation is not liable for delays, errors, cancellations, or service issues caused by third-party providers. Programme schedules, venues, fixtures, and event formats may change due to external factors outside the Organisation’s control including organiser decisions, venue availability, or weather conditions. Participation in any programme is voluntary and participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with international travel and competitive sport.

2. Programme Fees

Programme fees may include tournament entry fees, coaching and training sessions, accommodation, ground transportation, team apparel and administrative costs. All fees and charges are nonrefundable, except in instances where we are unwilling to provide the services. We may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving you notice in advance.

Programme fees do not include flights, travel insurance, meals unless specified, personal spending money, or optional excursions. 

3. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a roster spot. A roster spot is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and confirmed.

4. Payment Schedule

Remaining balances must be paid according to the schedule provided for each event. Late payments may result in loss of roster position or inability to participate.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

Bank transfer, debit card, approved online payment platforms or cash payments arranged in advance.

7. Travel Insurance

All participants must obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment abroad, sports participation, trip cancellation, and travel disruption.

8. Failure to Pay

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in removal from the programme roster.

9. Changes to Programme Costs

The organisation reserves the right to adjust programme fees due to currency fluctuations, vendor price changes, or operational costs.

10. Behavioural Removal

Participants removed from the programme due to misconduct or violation of team rules will not receive refunds.

11. Liability

Fil-Euro United is not responsible for financial losses resulting from travel disruptions, visa issues, illness, injury, or personal withdrawal.

12. Injury & Medical Insurance Abroad

Participation in sporting activities carries inherent physical risks.

Participants must have valid international medical insurance covering sports participation, emergency medical treatment, hospitalisation, and evacuation.

13. Registration & Confidential Information

Participants must provide accurate registration details including legal name, date of birth, emergency contacts, and relevant medical information.

All personal information will be treated confidentially and used only for programme administration.

14. Media & Photography

Photos and videos may be taken during programmes and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless written notice is provided requesting exclusion.

15. Player & Parent Code of Conduct

Participants must respect coaches, officials, teammates, and opponents and follow programme rules.

Parents and guardians must demonstrate positive sportsmanship and respectful communication.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Additional payments may be refundable only if the organisation has not yet made non-recoverable payments on behalf of the participant.
